How Our Pre-Order Process Works:

Our pre-order items are crafted with love and care, just for you. When you place a pre-order, our talented team gets to work, handcrafting your selected garment. As we put our heart and soul into each piece, please allow us to work our magic, and your pre-orders will be shipped during mid to late November, ensuring they arrive just in time for those special moments.

Once your garment is ready, we'll send you an email notification filled with excitement. Shortly after, you'll receive another email confirming that your order has been dispatched. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we send all our garments in tracked parcels via Australia Post. For more details on postage options and costs, please check our Shipping Page.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy:

For orders that include pre-order items, please note that your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available and ready to ship. If you'd like your available items to be shipped early, kindly place a separate order or reach out to our team for assistance. We're here to help make your shopping experience seamless!

Returns/Exchanges:

As each pre-order item is custom-made just for you, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
